Jackson Hole Youth Soccer’s mission is to positively impact the development of youth in our community of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities through playing and enjoying the game of soccer.

Jackson Hole Youth Soccer’s vision is for participating youth to build character and develop skills that will enable them to reach their greatest potential on and off the field.

Jackson Hole Youth Soccer has a strong set of core values that reinforce everything that the program stands for and aims to achieve. All players, coaches, and family members within the program are instrumental in creating an environment that promotes our core values, those being: Teamwork, Development, Character, Commitment, Competitiveness, and of course Fun. All are paramount to success, both on and off the field.

• Teamwork - “Teamwork fosters an inclusive environment for friendship, leadership, and team community.

• Development - Development encompasses growth both as soccer players and as individuals on and off the field.

• Character - Character means humility, resiliency and the capacity to lift each other up after experiencing hardship.

• Commitment - Commitment is a vital quality for soccer players and means consistently holding yourself to a high standard, and showing up no matter what; even when it’s not convenient or comfortable.

• Competitiveness - Competitiveness is the culmination and natural outcome of the other JHYS core values; being competitive derives from a team focused on development, character, integrity and fun.

• Fun - Soccer is meant to be fun and joyful in a healthy sports culture, and when players are having fun, they will stay committed.
